Green Diamond Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly European-owned enterprise, operating in Zhongshan City of China's Guangdong Province.
Our factory was established in 2006 in a newly-built facility in the Zhongshan Torch Development Zone, which is the home for many foreign high-technology companies that supply advanced products to various industries in China and overseas.

We utilize proven footwear component manufacturing technologies, including fully automated injection moulding equipment from Plastak, Italy. This technology enables us to produce high precision injection moulded insoles to meet the most demanding customer requirements.

In our facility we also manufacture stack leather-covered injection moulded heels for ladies and men's footwear. Our In-Mould Lamination technique ensures an extremely strong bond between the heel and leather, consistent quality and precision of the leather wrap and a high quality surface for easy finishing.

The name of our company derives from our original innovation - rubber outsoles incorporating Green Diamond technology. We mix industrial diamond granules into our custom-blended outsole rubber compounds to achieve significantly increased friction between the bottom of the sole and the walking surface. We combine this technology with our design knowledge of outsole lock patterns using various kinds of rubber suitable for high grip, long wear, oil resistance and anti-static. Taken together, our unique and patented process creates outsoles with unforeseen grip and work safety.

While Diamond Grip provides the maximum traction and durability for outdoor and industrial footwear, Green Diamond also offers an additional anti slip technology called "Icelandic Grip". This innovative surface treatment offers superior hold on slippery surfaces. Because it's less aggressive than Diamond Grip and has a lower profile, it's ideal for casual and indoor footwear and won't harm delicate floors. One of the great advantages of Icelandic Grip is that it can easily be incorporated into a customer's existing outsole tread pattern, thereby saving development costs and greatly speeding up time to market. Icelandic Grip technology is easily customized so that it can be tailored to precisely conform to the locations that are most beneficial to the customer's application.

Our latest outsole enhancement is called Magic Grip. It is a truly remarkable and unique innovation in the footwear industry. Relatively softer diamond granules are mixed into casual footwear outsoles. At normal room temperature, these granules measure approximately 65~68 on the standard hardness scale, meaning they are soft enough not to damage indoor floor surfaces. However, if the user steps outside into cold, wintery conditions, then the Magic Grip granules instantly transform to 90~100 hardness. This greatly enhances the user's safety and security on dangerous surfaces. Then, upon returning indoors, the outsole softens once more to provide a more gentle tread. Truly Magic!
